With a mix of guided workshops and self-paced activities running across May to August, it’s the perfect way to keep little hands busy and imaginations buzzing through the cooler months. Fizz-Pop Potion Experience
Who doesn’t LOVE potions, wizards and a little bit of magic? Step into the Fizz-Pop Potion Experience at Barossa Fun Factory, where imagination takes flight, and every child becomes a young wizard in training. Mix bubbling, fizzing potions, create your own wand, craft magical keepsakes and dive into spellbinding games like Wizard SNAP. With plenty of surprises along the way, it’s hands-on, creative fun designed for curious minds and adventurous spirits. Come along, make new friends and unlock your inner magic… You won’t want to miss it.

Fantasy Festival 2026
Step into a world of wonder at the Fantasy Festival 2026 at Barossa Fun Factory, where imagination runs wild and magical childhood memories are made. Set within our enchanting Adventure Garden, this much-loved annual event celebrates creativity, play and connection, bringing together wizards, fairies and whimsical experiences for all ages.
Collect your Fantasy Passport on arrival and explore a series of interactive workshops, activity stations, face painting and magical craft, all included in your ticket. Along the way, take part in fun competitions for your chance to win exciting prizes. With small group sessions designed for maximum enjoyment, you can relax knowing there are no long lines, just plenty of hands-on fun and discovery.
Cost: $39 per child (includes 1 free adult, early bird discount available)

Junk Sculptures
Who doesn’t LOVE getting creative and turning ‘junk’ into something amazing? Step into Junk Sculptures at Barossa Fun Factory, where imagination leads the way and everyday objects are transformed into one-of-a-kind masterpieces. Join Rachel from The Starling’s Nest and dive into a hands-on session using mixed media, old toys and found treasures to build your own unique sculpture. It’s playful, inventive fun that encourages creativity, problem-solving and a whole lot of imagination. Come along, get messy, and see what incredible designs you can bring to life.

Macramé for Beginners
Get creative with Macramé for Beginners at Barossa Fun Factory, a fun and hands-on workshop designed especially for kids aged 8 and up. Guided by Rachel from The Starling’s Nest, young makers will learn simple knotting techniques and create their very own woven masterpiece to take home. It’s a relaxed, creative session full of colour, texture and crafty fun, perfect for curious kids who love to make, create and try something new.
