Inclusivity and Accessibility

At Barossa Fun Factory, everyone is welcome.

We are proud to be a space where people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds can come together to connect, create and have fun. Whether you’re visiting for an event, a workshop, or simply spending time in our space, our goal is to ensure you feel safe, supported and included.

We understand that every person’s needs are different, and we are committed to creating an environment that is flexible, respectful and accessible wherever possible.

Our Commitment

Inclusion sits at the heart of everything we do.

We aim to:

  • Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment

  • Support individuals, families, carers and community groups

  • Encourage connection, creativity and wellbeing

  • Provide experiences that can be adapted for different needs

Barossa Fun Factory is more than just a place for activities — it’s a space designed to bring people together.

Our Space

Our venue has been thoughtfully designed to support a range of uses and experiences.

  • A combination of indoor and outdoor spaces

  • Flexible layouts that can be adapted depending on the activity

  • Areas that can be used for quieter, low-stimulation experiences when needed

(Currently our toilet facilities are not wheelchair accessible, but we continue to grow, we are always looking for ways to improve accessibility within our space.)

Activities & Events

We offer a variety of events, workshops and experiences for children, adults and community groups.

Where possible, our activities are:

  • Designed to be inclusive and adaptable

  • Suitable for a range of ages and abilities

  • Flexible to support different participation levels

If you, your child, or someone in your group has specific needs, we encourage you to reach out ahead of time so we can support your experience.

Support & Communication

We know that visiting a new space can feel uncertain, especially if you have specific accessibility or support needs.

Our team is here to help.

We welcome open communication and are happy to:

  • Answer questions before your visit

  • Provide additional information about our space or events

  • Make reasonable adjustments where possible

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we’re here to make your experience a positive one.

The Hub

Barossa Fun Factory is also home to a range of private spaces through The Hub.

These spaces are used by resident practitioners and are available for hire, including:

  • Private consultation rooms

  • Treatment and wellbeing spaces

  • Meeting and small group areas

This allows us to support a wider range of services within a calm and welcoming environment.
